As I know , some companies will change their staffs to different branch store . It's good for manager to make a good decision to their members . In the other side ,staffs need to have good IQ and EQ to face new envirment and new members .Is that good for their customers? Sometimes will let them confusing ,because they spent the money to that located that is there has a good manager,the customer "he"or"she"liked the manager's services . That's my opinion about this issue .My family went to a bike store and bought something at that store , because that store has had good services and good friendships .After the boss made a decised and changed their staffs ,they didn't have any service card can prove your bike bought from this store . We had right to have twenty percent discount ,it relied on ex-staffs know you . Now they changed to different branch ,the customer faced new staffs ,is that good for their clients ? That's I thought .
